Presentation

Sunset is the best time to admire Sainte-Victoire as the mountain takes on beautiful shades of pink and gold. The end of the day is also the ideal moment to observe the local flora, when everything becomes calmer and more peaceful. This late-afternoon hike is the perfect way to end your day, enjoying the cooler temperatures and sharing a friendly picnic while watching the sun set. Experience a magical moment as the changing light transforms this legendary mountain and create lasting memories.

Laura, your hiking guide, will share the history of Sainte-Victoire Mountain and the remarkable places you will discover along the way. Several stops are planned throughout the walk, giving you the opportunity to catch your breath, learn more about the area's history and admire the stunning surrounding scenery.

The hike lasts approximately 4,5 hours, with a total elevation gain of no more than 400 metres.

Please note! This hike takes place on uneven terrain, following narrow, rocky mountain paths that can be slippery in places. Walking poles are recommended for participants with knee problems. The hike is suitable for people in good physical condition and for children who are accustomed to walking on hiking trails. If you have any doubts about your ability to complete this hike, please do not hesitate to contact us before making a reservation: resaix@aixenprovencetourism.com.
