Take a stroll through a charming and little-known spot in Aix-en-Provence: the Montaiguet hill, nestled in the heart of the garrigue and surrounded by Aleppo pines. Enjoy panoramic views of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, the Sainte-Baume massif, the Roquefavour aqueduct, and the Étoile mountain range.
Along the way, your guide will introduce you to the aromatic plants used in pastis distillation: calamint, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, and more.
Next, we'll visit the distillery to learn about the distillation and maceration processes. Finally, you'll try various pastis, absinthe, and herbal syrups produced on-site, accompanied by goat and/or sheep cheese.

- Please bring hiking shoes and/or walking poles, and water.
- Meeting point on site, south of the city: 1053 chemin de la Plaine des Dés.
- You can take bus A from La Rotonde (a few meters from the Tourist Office) to the Krypton parking lot, where we can pick you up (please mention this when booking).
