FRENCH GUIDED TOUR (45mn) - To round off its 105th anniversary year in style, Confiserie de Roy René welcomes you to the Calisson Museum to rediscover the Provençal tradition of the ‘13 desserts’ or ‘big supper’. On a guided tour, follow the step-by-step process of making Nougat de Provence and Calisson d'Aix. Discover candied fruits, dried fruits, fruit jellies and all the other iconic delicacies of the festive season. Several tastings will be offered during this themed tour.
