OUR CITY PASS IS A PHYSICAL CARD THAT MUST BE COLLECTED FROM THE TOURIST OFFICE AFTER PURCHASE See our opening hours at the bottom of this page PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING → The City Pass is valid for the chosen duration (24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours) and is activated upon first use.
It must be presented at the entrance to each partner site in order to verify its validity and benefit from free admission or discounts. → Advance booking may be required, so please check before visiting a site or starting an activity included in the City Pass. → Some sites may be closed exceptionally for technical, weather or other reasons for which the Tourist Office cannot be held responsible. Please check the websites of the service providers or ask our reception team to verify the opening times of the sites during your stay. City Passes purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

48 hours package: Ideal for a break in Provence any time of the year, the 48 hours City Pass allows you to soak up our city with cultural tours, shopping and good food.
Some sites require a private vehicle to be reached.

Please print this ticket, present yourself at Office de Tourisme d'Aix-en-Provence* and hand over your ticket to obtain your City-Pass (or show your ticket on your mobile device such as smartphones or tablets)
*From october to march open from mondays to Saturdays, 8.30am-6pm, from april to september open from mondays to Saturdays, 8.30am-6pm, and sundays + days off from 10 to 13 pm and 2 pm to 6pm. Closed on May 1st.This ticket is valid 6 month after date of purchase. The City-Pass is valid according the chosen duration, and activates at the first validation. Some museums might be free to all visitors the first sunday of the month.
